Product Detail

The next generation of Speeder: The Speeder line has been completely redesigned and features a breakthrough Fujikura proprietary technology – Variable Torque Core (VTC). Developed through our enso® system, Speeder NX is the first Fujikura product line to integrate Variable Torque in its design, utilizing premium materials to refine twisting stiffness in specific regions along the core of the shaft.

VARIABLE TORQUE CORE
A technology featured in Speeder NX that leverages premium materials and advanced layup techniques to refine twisting in the core of the shaft.

ENSO®
The proprietary 3D motion capture system that makes it possible to efficiently analyze and thoroughly test shaft designs. enso® analytics has helped lead to breakthrough innovations such as VeloCore and Variable Torque.

Speeder NX is now available in two unique profiles

Speeder NX Blue (Mid/High Launch – Mid/Low Spin) – Stiffened torque in the tip and handle sections results in increased stability and consistent dynamic loft and face closure at impact.

Speeder NX Green (Mid Launch – Mid/Low Spin) – A stiffened mid section further enhances stability to produce lower launch and spin while maintaining feel when loading the shaft.

SHAFT TIP TRIMMING

The following tip trimming instructions are suggestions only. We generally do not recommend tip trimming on a driver or 3 wood shafts based on the shaft composition and how tipping could affect performance. We recommend that you consult your custom fitter or club-builder for the best tip trimming suggestions based on your individual swing and desired results.

In general, tip trimming can be used to achieve a stiffer shaft profile, lower launch, and/or lower spin. Tip trimming 1“ is equivalent to one flex. For example, if you wanted to stiffen your S flex to an X flex then you would tip trim 1”. If you prefer to play shaft in between S and X flex, you would tip trim 1/2”.
